β’ How do you stay mindful when life feels chaotic?
I return to breathwork and meditation. Focusing on the breath helps me slow down, regain presence, and reconnect with a sense of inner balance.
β’ What do you believe is the biggest benefit of yoga for mental health?
Stepping onto the mat, especially for a power yoga practice, creates space to release stress and move energy through the body. The physical effort clears the mind and prepares you to fully experience the deep rest of Savasana, where the nervous system can truly reset.
