Still reminiscing about the magic of Kayan… the music, the energy, the connection, the beauty.

There is something incredibly powerful about witnessing hundreds of humans drop their walls, close their eyes, and come together in community. For a moment, nothing else matters, just presence, vibration, and the shared experience of being together.

It’s in these tougher days that I like to close my eyes and put myself right back into that energy, those memories.

We had the absolute honor of speaking at Kayan Wellness Festival in Abu Dhabi. 🌍✨

Three days. Global leaders. Powerful conversations.
And one topic that stopped people in their tracks…

Most people know the 3 F’s of the sympathetic nervous system:
Fight. Flight. Freeze.

But very few are talking about the 4th…

Fawn.

Fawn is the trauma response that looks like:
