حققت برجيل القابضة خلال عام 2025 أداءً استثنائيًا، حيث ارتفع صافي الربح بنسبة 39.5% ليبلغ 503 ملايين درهم إماراتي، فيما نمت الإيرادات بنسبة 9.5% لتصل إلى نحو 5.5 مليار درهم إماراتي. كما سجل الربح قبل الفوائد والضرائب والإهلاك والاستهلاك نموًا بنسبة 19.9% ليصل إلى 1.1 مليار درهم إماراتي. وتعكس هذه النتائج الزخم الذي تشهده المجموعة مدعومًا بإنجازاتها الطبية وتوسعها المستمر في قطاع الرعاية الصحية، ما يعزز مكانتها في ترسيخ معايير التميز وتقديم قيمة مستدامة على مستوى المنطقة.

Marking a pivotal milestone for Burjeel investigators, UAE’s Emirates Drug Establishment approved Pyrukynd®️ (mitapivat) to become the only medicine approved in the UAE for adults with non-transfusion-dependent and transfusion-dependent alpha- or beta-thalassemia. Prof. Khaled Musallam and team contributed to the body of evidence supporting this achievement through observational research and participation in the landmark Phase 3 ENERGIZE and ENERGIZE-T trials. Following US FDA approval last December, the UAE authorization now brings this innovation closer to patients locally. A meaningful step forward in transforming research into real-world patient access.



في خطوةٍ بارزة تعكس ريادة باحثي برجيل، منحت مؤسسة الإمارات للدواء موافقتها على دواء بيروكيند® (ميتابيفات) كأول علاج معتمد في الدولة للبالغين المصابين بالثلاسيميا من النوعين ألفا وبيتا، سواء كانوا يعتمدون على نقل الدم أم لا. وقد أسهم البروفيسور خالد مسلم وفريقه بدور محوري في ترسيخ الأدلة العلمية الداعمة لهذا الإنجاز عبر الدراسات القائمة على الملاحظة والمشاركة في تجارب المرحلة الثالثة الرائدة ENERGIZE و ENERGIZE-T. وجاءت هذه الموافقة عقب اعتماد الدواء من قبل إدارة الغذاء والدواء الأمريكية في ديسمبر الماضي، لتقرّب هذا الابتكار العلاجي من المرضى في الدولة، وتمثل خطوة متقدمة نحو تحويل نتائج الأبحاث إلى علاج متاح وفعّال على أرض الواقع.
