Job Description: HSE Lead – Construction
Position: HSE Lead
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: Up to 16,000 AED
Experience: 10+ Years
Industry: Construction
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role
The HSE Lead will be responsible for overseeing all Health, Safety, and Environment activities across construction sites. This role ensures compliance with safety regulations, implementation of HSE policies, and continuous improvement of workplace safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive site experience, and the ability to influence safe work practices at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
1. Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety management systems.
2. Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, safety audits, and site inspections.
3. Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and construction industry standards.
4. Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures.
5. Deliver HSE training and awareness programs for site teams.
6. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and site staff to ensure safe ex*****on of work activities.
7. Maintain accurate HSE documentation and compliance records.

Requirements
1. Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in the construction industry.
2. Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws, safety protocols, and risk management practices.
3. Experience in site supervision, audits, and incident investigations.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
5. Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are required.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with international HSE standards (ISO 45001).
