As part of our mental health awareness campaign, I am pleased to share my article, “Mental Health in the Digital Era: A Necessity, Not a Luxury.” In it, I discuss the importance of recognising that mental health is fundamental in today’s digital age.

Remember, it’s ok not to be ok. Embracing our feelings and reaching out for support can lead to better understanding and healing. Let’s continue to break the stigma around mental health together.
