Full mouth rehabilitation involving correction of the bite with the help of a Kois appliance and Orthodontic treatment, then followed with a new set of crowns and veneers.

A very important aspect about any procedure is to make sure the function is right. This will predict the comfort of the patient and the longevity of the rehabilitation. Besides that it can greatly improve the general well-being of the patient especially in case of TMJ/CMD symptoms.

This is a very special before and after. The patient wanted a super conservative approach to make sure her teeth still look the same - but improved.

For this smile makeover super thin non-prep (layered on platinum foil) veneers were added to only 3 teeth. On two other teeth black triangles were closed with a special composite technique.

And to improve the color the patient used a combination of office and home bleaching.

Amazing to see how subtle changes have a huge impact on the overall appearance of the smile.

Especially in esthetic dentistry, Brazil is a world leader. For me to combine German technical perfectionism with the artistic side of esthetic dentistry has always been a passion. Amazing Smile Transformation which was part of a functional full mouth rehabilitation. Whenever we treat teeth we want to make sure the result also looks esthetically pleasing. The goal here was a super natural fresh look that blends perfectly in with the patients facial characteristics.

If you look closely you can see that the smile was canted and corrected with the new teeth. This has a huge effect on the whole face of the patient.
