Timmy Castillejos, CPC, CPMA, CCVTC, CCS, CAIMC, AAPC-Approved Instructor (CPC-I), LSSBB, LFC is a seasoned Health Information Management (HIM) and Revenue Cycle professional with over 11 years of experience in medical coding, training, auditing, compliance, and operations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Operations at Ingenious Solutions Inc., he leads healthcare RCM teams, drives operational excellence, and ensures compliance and optimal reimbursement for healthcare organizations. His expertise covers professional, outpatient, and inpatient facility coding, with advanced proficiency in ICD-10-CM/PCS, ICD-10-AM/ACHI/ACS, DRG, CPT, and HCPCS.

Beyond operations, Timmy has made significant contributions to the AAPC community, serving as President of the AAPC Philippine Chapter (2022–2024) and Education Officer (2021–2022). In these roles, he championed coder education, professional development, and community-building initiatives that strengthened the chapter’s reach across Southeast Asia. His commitment extends internationally—he has been a frequent guest speaker at AAPC chapters in India, the UAE, and Dubai, sharing knowledge on complex coding topics and global RCM practices. He also served as a Board Member of the AHIMA World Congress, further advancing the HIM profession across the Asia-Pacific region.

A recognized advocate for healthcare quality and education, Timmy has authored articles for AAPC Healthcare Monthly Magazine and AHIMA publications and has been honored with awards such as the Most Prominent Achievement in Allied Health Science (2023) and Outstanding Healthcare Industry Advocate (2023). With multiple credentials, including CPC, CPMA, CPC-I, CCVTC, CCS, CAIMC, LSSBB, and LFC—and as a PhD candidate, Timmy continues to mentor and inspire HIM professionals globally.
