Nafzy Abdul Vahad, CPC-A, CCP-KSA, is a dedicated medical coding professional with over six years of experience in the field. She currently works as a certified DRG coder at Dr. Sulaiman Al Habeeb Hospital, Riyadh, one of the largest healthcare groups in Saudi Arabia.

Her journey in medical coding began as an AAPC certified coder and has progressed through practical experience and ongoing learning. She has had the opportunity to work with experienced professionals, including Dr. Helalah Waked, Education Officer, AAPC Local Chapter – KSA whose guidance has supported her professional growth.

Beyond her professional role, Nafzy is passionate about continuous learning and teaching. In her free time, she conducts online CPC training sessions, mentoring aspiring medical coders and supporting the next generation of professionals. Through both her work and teaching initiatives, she actively contributes to the growth of the medical coding community in Saudi Arabia while upholding the highest standards of coding excellence.

Vishnupriya Kamaraj, CPC, CPB, Fellow, MACRA Proficient, is a healthcare operations and revenue cycle management professional with over 20 years of experience in process excellence and operational efficiency. She currently serves as Director – Process Excellence (Coding & Quality) at SCIO Management Solutions (P) Ltd., where she leads initiatives focused on quality, compliance, and risk mitigation. Holding advanced credentials including Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (LSSMBB) and Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), her career journey began in 2006 and has progressed through multiple leadership roles, supported by earning her CPC in 2012 and CPB in 2019.

Beyond her organizational responsibilities, Vishnupriya is deeply committed to advancing the medical coding community through leadership, education, and mentorship. She actively contributed to the AAPC Chennai Local Chapter as Education Officer (2020–2022), where she created meaningful learning and networking opportunities by coordinating high-value educational sessions with expert speakers, strengthening both technical knowledge and professional connections among members.

Continuing her service, Vishnupriya served as Member Development Officer (2023–2025), recognizing newly certified members at every meeting and fostering engagement, professional pride, and a culture of continuous learning. An advocate for innovation and knowledge sharing, she completed AAPC’s AI for Medical Billing and Coding training in January 2024, earned her AAPC Fellowship in April 2024, and is also the author of the book Fuel the Spark Within. Since 2023, she has delivered educational sessions across multiple AAPC U.S. Chapters and regularly contributes thought-leadership articles to the AAPC Healthcare Business Magazine, reflecting her strong commitment to education and community advancement.

Minal Manmohan Sawant, CPC, as over 10 years of experience in the medical coding industry, having started her professional journey in 2015. She has worked across a range of specialties, developing a strong understanding of coding accuracy, compliance, and quality. She currently serves as a Quality Assurance Leader at GeBBS Healthcare, where her work focuses on maintaining coding standards and regulatory compliance.

Minal also serves as the President of the newly established AAPC Mumbai Local Chapter, where she is committed to strengthening the medical coding community in India. In this leadership role, she actively promotes learning, networking, and professional growth by organizing educational sessions, webinars, mentorship initiatives, and collaborative programs that empower coders at every stage of their careers.

Outside of her professional work, Minal is a trained Indian classical dancer and enjoys reading and writing, exploring nature, cooking, and continually developing new skills.
