يتم الاحتفاء بيوم زايد الإنساني في التاسع عشر من رمضان، إحياءً لذكرى الإرث العظيم للمغفور له الشيخ زايد بن سلطان آل نهيان، مؤسس دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ورجل الإنسانية.

وفي مؤسسة سدرة، نُحيي هذه الذكرى العاطرة من خلال العمل التطوعي، وهي قيمة راسخة في نسيج الدولة. حيث يقوم متطوعونا من أصحاب الهمم بتوزيع وجبات الطعام خلال الشهر الفضيل على العاملين في الخدمات المجتمعية، مُجسدين بذلك قيم الكرم والمحبة والعطاء.

Zayed Humanitarian Day is observed on the 19th day of Ramadan, to commemorate the profound legacy of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the UAE’s founding father and humanitarian.

At SEDRA we honor this day through volunteering, a value deeply embedded within the nation’s framework. Our Volunteers of Determination distribute meals during the Holy month to service workers in the community, embracing the values of generosity, love, and service.

As a people-centered organization committed to facilitating inclusion, this day reminds us of the importance of giving back to the community; following in the vision of the UAE’s founding father.

سيتمحور برنامج المهارات الحياتية طوال شهر مارس حول التعبير عن الذات من خلال الخطابة.

من خلال مناقشات موجهة وتدريبات عملية، سيتعرف المشاركون على ماهية الخطابة ويتأملون دور التعبير اللفظي في تعزيز العلاقات، وبناء الثقة بالنفس، وإظهار التقدير والاهتمام بالآخرين.

في نهاية هذا البرنامج، سيُعدّ المشاركون خطابًا قصيرًا ويلقونه أمام زملائهم.

March's Life Skills Program will focus on Self-Expression Through Public Speaking.

Through guided discussions and practice, participants will explore what public speaking is and reflect on how expressing themselves verbally can strengthen relationships, build self-confidence, and show appreciation and care for others.

By the end of this program, participants will prepare and deliver a short speech to their peers.

There will be 3 sessions this month:
-Tuesday, March 3rd: 12:30 - 1:30 PM (Arabic), 2 – 3 PM (English)
-Tuesday, March 10th: 12:30 - 1:30 PM (Arabic), 2 – 3 PM (English)

Join us behind the scenes with The WB Abu Dhabi staff for an interactive session exploring the skills, services, and inner workings of the hospitality world.

ندعو المشاركين إلى جولة استكشافية في أرجاء منارة السعديات، حيث ينطلقون بشجاعة وفضول، متناولين أشياء مختلفة بالبحث والاختيار.

وباستخدام الطين الناعم والحبر، سيقوم المشاركون بطباعة أشكال مختلفة من المواد التي عثروا عليها، ليُنشئوا خريطة فنية للذكريات، مُخلّدين بذلك مغامرة نادي الفنون.

Join us for a special Arts Club, a collaboration with artist Nada Almosa “Making Maps with Courage” at Manarat Al Saadiyat, Abu Dhabi.

Participants are invited to go on an exploratory walk around Manarat Al Saadiyat with courage and curiosity, foraging and selecting different objects.

Using soft clay and ink, participants will make prints of different textures and surfaces of their found objects and create an artistic map of memories and preserving their Arts Club adventure.

This event is open to SEDRA registered youth of Determination ages 12 and above interested in building social and emotional skills through art.
