Corniche Hospital has launched the emirate's first Breastfeeding Peer Counselling Training Program, empowering mothers with knowledge, care, and community support. Trained peer counsellors—mothers who have successfully breastfed—complete 13 academic modules and 80 clinical hours with lactation experts to guide new moms through their journey. The initiative strengthens community bonds and reinforces Corniche Hospital’s commitment to supporting breastfeeding across Abu Dhabi.

أطلق مستشفى الكورنيش أول برنامج من نوعه في الإمارات لإعداد وتدريب مستشارات دعم الأمهات للرضاعة الطبيعية، بهدف تمكين الأمهات بالمعرفة والرعاية والدعم المجتمعي.
يُعدّ هذا البرنامج رائداً في مجاله، إذ تخضع فيه المستشارات المتدربات – وهنّ أمهات خضن تجربة الرضاعة الطبيعية بنجاح – لـ13 جلسة أكاديمية و80 ساعة تدريب عملي تحت إشراف خبراء الرضاعة، ليصبحن مؤهلات لتقديم التوجيه والدعم للأمهات الجدد في رحلتهن.
