This World Diabetes Day, Al Raneen Primary Healthcare Centre is committed to raising awareness, promoting early detection, and empowering our community with lifelong strategies for diabetes prevention and management.
The 2025 global theme, “Diabetes Across Life Stages,” highlights the importance of supporting individuals at every phase of life—from childhood and adolescence, through adulthood, and into older age. Diabetes affects people differently depending on their life stage, and understanding these changes is key to effective care and prevention.
This year’s sub-campaign, “Diabetes and the Workplace,” shines a light on the crucial role workplaces play in promoting health, reducing stigma, and supporting employees living with diabetes. Together, we can address challenges such as:

🔹 Barriers to supportive workplace policies
