Adeco Technologies is hiring for large-scale AV integration projects. We need technical experts ready to design, install, and troubleshoot high-end systems.

1️⃣ AV PROGRAMMER (1 Vacancy)

Responsibilities:
* Programming & Logic: Design and configure advanced control systems for Crestron, Extron, Bose, QSC, and Biamp.
* UI/UX: Develop intuitive user interfaces for seamless system interaction.
* Commissioning: Lead onsite system testing, debugging, and final hardware/software integration.
* Support: Provide expert technical training and troubleshooting for clients and end-users.

Requirements:
* Experience: 2–3+ years in professional AV programming.
* Certifications: Deep proficiency in Crestron, Extron, and DSP platforms is essential.
* Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to resolve complex logic and signal flow challenges.
* Mobility: Willingness to travel for onsite commissioning as required.

2️⃣ AV TECHNICIAN (4 Vacancies)

Responsibilities:
* Installation: Professional setup of AV hardware, rack building, and cabling (HDMI, SDI, Dante).
* Maintenance: Perform routine testing, hardware audits, and signal troubleshooting.
* Technical Literacy: Read and interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
* Collaboration: Assist Programmers with site-specific adjustments and system commissioning.

Requirements:
* Experience: 1–3 years in AV system installation and field support.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of connectivity protocols and basic system troubleshooting.
* Physical Ability: Capability for installation work, including lifting and climbing.
* Preferred: InfoComm/AVIXA CTS/CTS-I or brand-specific certifications (Crestron, Extron).

💖 resonate pink: ADECO’s Pink October Health Screening

In celebration of Pink October, ADECO Technologies hosted “resonate pink”- a special Breast Cancer Awareness Health Screening for our lady staff. The day was dedicated to women’s health, empowerment, and early detection.

Held on 25 October 2025 at Clinic Diagnostic Center, Dubai Healthcare City, participants received free consultations, ultrasounds, and mammograms, made possible by ADECO, as part of our initiative to promote preventive healthcare.

After the health screening, everyone enjoyed quality time and heartfelt conversations over coffee and brunch, wrapping up the day with smiles, laughter, and renewed awareness.
