Salvia rosmarinus ct. cineole (1,8-cineole) is the most commonly used rosemary essential oil and is well known for supporting mental clarity, focus, and respiratory and immune health.

It is stimulating yet generally well tolerated when properly diluted. However, due to its high 1,8-cineole content, it should be used with caution. Avoid use with young children, during pregnancy, and in individuals with epilepsy or a history of seizures.

Not recommended for nighttime use, as it may be overly stimulating.
As with all essential oils, correct dilution and appropriate use are essential for both safety and effectiveness.

Silent toxins in the home rarely come with warning labels we pay attention to.
They sit in everyday products: fragranced cleaners, air fresheners, scented candles, laundry detergents, even “fresh” plug-ins. Many release volatile organic compounds (VOCs) that accumulate indoors, where air can be more polluted than outside. Over time, low-level exposure may contribute to headaches, hormone disruption, respiratory irritation, skin issues, and sensitisation — especially in children and pets.
The risk isn’t dramatic or immediate, which is why it is ignored. It i cumulative. Small exposures, repeated daily.
A safer home isn’t about fear or perfection. It is about awareness. Reading labels. Reducing unnecessary fragrance. Ventilating regularly. Choosing fewer, simpler products — and knowing when “clean” is just a marketing word.
What you breathe every day matters, even when it is invisible.

Dilution matters in aromatherapy — but knowing the safe dilution matters just as much.
Using essential oils neat or guessing “a few drops” isn’t more effective; it’s more likely to cause skin sensitisation, irritation, or long-term reactions. Safety isn’t about being conservative — it’s about being informed. Different oils, different ages, different conditions all require different dilution ranges.
A well-chosen oil at the right percentage will work with the body, not against it. More drops don’t equal better results. Precision does.
Before you blend, ask yourself:
Who is this for?
How will it be used?
What is the evidence-based safe dilution for this oil and this purpose?
Professional aromatherapy starts with respect — for chemistry, for the body, and for safety.

They are commonly used for:
Colds and flu
Allergies and sinus support
Anxiety and stress
Headaches

Aromatherapy for Bath & Body

A little self-care goes a long way. Using essential oils in your bath or lotion is a gentle way to relax, soothe the skin, and calm the mind.

Bath Blend (safe + simple):
1 tablespoon carrier oil (jojoba, sweet almond, or coconut)
4–6 drops essential oil (lavender, chamomile, or cedarwood)
Mix first, then add to warm bath.

Lotion Boost:
30 ml unscented lotion
5-6 drops essential oil
Blend it and apply.

Always:
*Dilute before skin contact
* Avoid eyes + broken skin
*Patch test if sensitive

Breathe in… unwind… let your body thank you.

Rose absolute (Rosa x damascena) is an expensive essential oil and it is very unique.
A single drop of rose essential oil is equivalent to 30-50 roses. 15ml is about 700-800 AED.
Rose essential oil is often used for pain-relieving, it is anti-inflammatory, calming, and uplifting and makes it ideal for massage blends for aches, pains, and muscle tensions.
Most commonly used in skincare products in blends for acne, skin tonic. It is cooling and refreshing.

Essential oils are nature’s pure extracts — carefully distilled from plants, flowers, roots, and leaves to capture their unique aroma and therapeutic benefits.

From fields and forests to your bottle — essential oils are concentrated plant extracts that carry the pure essence and healing power of nature.

Interestingly, different essential oils can be extracted from the different parts of the same plant.

An example of this is Neroli (Citrus aurantium var. amara).

This amazing tree gives 3 different oils:
Neroli from its flowers
Petitgrain from its leaves
Bitter orange from the fruit peel
