Dry brushing, but done right.
Start with long, slow strokes from your extremities toward your heart.
Always move in one direction to support lymphatic flow.
Wrists - shoulders - ankles - thighs
Use light to medium pressure. Your skin should feel stimulated, not attacked.
Add gentle circular motions (clockwise) around joints to activate circulation.
Then transition into upward strokes toward lymph nodes (armpits, ribcage).
Repeat each movement 2–3 times, slowly. No rushing.
This helps to:
• stimulate lymphatic drainage
• improve circulation
• exfoliate dead skin
• reduce puffiness and water retention
Finish by stepping into heat (sauna) to amplify the effect.
