A great place to start is with the Quadruped Rocking Exercise.

It's a simple, powerful full-body exercise ideal for anyone, particularly those with knee pain, back pain, arthritis, or MS. It can serve as a warm-up, a main exercise, or even a cool-down recovery activity.

🟢 How to perform the Quadruped Rocking Exercise:

- Start on your hands and knees, with your hands directly under your shoulders and knees under your hips.

- Inhale and gently rock your hips back toward your heels, keeping your back flat.

- Exhale and slowly return to your starting position.

- Repeat this fluid motion, focusing on a comfortable range of motion. Start with just a few reps and gradually build up to 5-15 minutes a day.

Let's talk about a harmful myth we hear far too often: "Pain is all in your head." 💔

This couldn't be further from the truth. While the brain processes pain, the sensation itself is a very real experience, often stemming from complex physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors.

Pain isn't just a simple signal sent to the brain. It's a highly intricate process involving your nervous system, from specialized nerve endings called nociceptors that detect potential tissue damage, all the way to complex neural networks in your brain that interpret these signals.

Factors like inflammation, nerve compression, and even changes in the spinal cord can directly influence the intensity and persistence of pain.

Your brain then integrates these physical signals with your memories, emotions, and beliefs to create your individual pain experience. This means that while your brain is crucial in how you perceive pain, the underlying causes are often very real and physical.
