Many children are sensing the emotions around them right now.

Even when adults try to shield them, children often pick up on worry, tension and uncertainty.

And the person supporting them through most of the day is often their nanny or caregiver.

That’s why I’m offering Nanny Reset Sessions. A gentle online 60 minute session designed to help caregivers support children’s emotional well-being during uncertain times.

We explore:
• how children process uncertainty
• how caregivers can stay calm and regulated
• simple tools to reassure and support children

Finding safety within.

A few taps.
A few deep, slow breaths.
Some quiet moments.
Pausing. Slowing down.
Shaking it out / releasing the energy.
Allowing your body to move on a way which feels releasing.

Most women are walking around dysregulated, but they don’t allow themselves the time or space to reset.

So it’s no wonder they are exhausted, wiped out, have less tolerance, are snappy, feel defeated, are disconnected with their dreams and goals.

This is the work I do.
Nervous system and emotional regulation.
Breaking away from limiting beliefs. Shaping new ways of showing up. Embodiment. So much juicy stuff to help you live your most gorgeous life!

The might look simple - and that’s because it is.

EFT tapping works by calming the nervous system and creating a sense of safety in the body.

When the body feels safe, it can soften, release and begin to heal.

Everything.

When we turn inward and actually listen to what’s happening inside our body… things begin to shift.

Old experiences.
Unprocessed emotions.
Past hurts.
Limiting beliefs.

They don’t just disappear with time — they get stored in the nervous system.
And they keep showing up.

As anxiety.
As self-doubt.
As overwhelm.
As under-confidence.
Even as physical symptoms like bloating, acne, tension or pain.

Tapping.
Gentle somatic movement.
Breathwork.

These practices help us feel what’s been sitting beneath the surface — emotion is just energy in motion — and safely move it through the body instead of suppressing it.

And when the body feels safe…

Everything changes.

We move through life with more calm.
More clarity.
More confidence.

Old patterns begin to dissolve.
New beliefs take root.
And we start attracting experiences that match this new internal safety.

Stress.
Anxiety.
Old wounds.
Limiting beliefs.

They don’t live in your personality.

They live in your nervous system.

And when your nervous system has learned to survive in fight, flight or freeze… of course stress keeps showing up. Of course anxiety feels familiar. Of course certain patterns repeat.

Because your body learned protection before it learned safety.

Most of us are walking around with childhood imprints still running the show.. quietly, unconsciously.

This is why mindset alone isn’t enough.

When we create safety in the nervous system… when we gently activate rest and digest… when we regulate through tools like tapping and embodied practices…

The body begins to feel safe.
And when the body feels safe, healing becomes possible.

This is the work I do.

The energy you bring into the room speaks louder than any script ever could.

Your child isn’t typically just listening to your words about calming down.. they’re reading your nervous system. They feel the tension in your shoulders, the pace of your breath, the steadiness (or lack of it) in your presence.

Emotional regulation isn’t taught through perfect phrases. It’s caught through co-regulation. When you can hold space for their big feelings without letting those feelings destabilise you, that’s when the real learning happens.

They don’t need you to have all the right words. They need you to be the calm in their storm.
