In Ayurveda, endometriosis and PCOS are not seen as isolated diseases.

They are expressions of imbalance.

Most commonly:
• Aggravated Vata causing pain, irregular flow, and movement in the wrong direction
• Kapha imbalance leading to cyst formation & stagnation
• Pitta involvement causing inflammation, heat, and hormonal disturbance
• Weak Agni resulting in Ama accumulation that blocks channels
• Disturbed Apana Vayu affecting the pelvic organs

When the root imbalances are corrected, and the Agni (digestive fire/ gut health) is awakened, the body gradually normalises.

Fundamentally, Indian philosophy and books like Brian Weiss’s Many lives many masters and this- all say the same thing!

- The soul is eternal; not the body!

How to use:

Warm the oil in your palms before applying.

• Post-workout muscle soreness
Apply directly over sore or tight muscles and allow it to absorb. Take a warm bath afterwards.

Sprains, strains or minor injuries
Apply gently over and around the affected area without pressing deeply.

• Bruises, bumps or swelling
Apply a thin layer and allow it to absorb naturally without rubbing.

• Minor wounds or surface cuts
Apply externally on clean skin.

• Insect bites or irritation
Dab a small amount onto the area and leave undisturbed.

• Skin redness or sensitivity
Apply lightly and avoid friction.

• Post-fracture care
Apply around stiff or immobilised areas using soft, slow strokes.

• Post-surgery external care
Apply externally around healing skin and allow it to absorb without massage.

• Postpartum external care
Apply gently over the areas that need soothing or comfort.

• Body fatigue or exhaustion
Apply generously on the body, massage, rest for a short while, then follow with a warm shower.

During the program, we focused on restoring his kidney health, improving his digestion, supporting gut health, regulating his sleep rhythm, and reducing inflammation through personalised Ayurvedic nutrition, ayurvedic herbs and lifestyle guidance.

Since he was a committed non-vegetarian, we customised the plan to include non-vegetarian meals that supported his healing instead of disrupting it.

Each weekend, we sent him weekly meal plans and simple recipes so he could shop, prepare, and organise ahead of time without confusion or stress.

अपानः अधो गमनः
मासि मासि रजः विसर्जनम्।
मार्गावरणात् उत्क्रान्ति:
सव्यापथ्य जननम्।

These are verses from Ashtanga Hridaya which says when the pathway is Apana Vata is forced to move upward, and this upward movement creates disease and imbalance.
This is the exact classical foundation for explaining retrograde menstruation and the progression toward conditions like endometriosis.

There is a lot of noise around us today.
Everyone is saying different things about what is healthy, what is not..
Most of it is confusing, and many influencers say the exact opposite of what actually happens.

But when we consciously silence this noise, the truth becomes very clear.

Ayurveda explains things in a simple, logical way. Apana Vata is meant to move downward. This downward movement is how the body releases menstrual blood every month and keeps the system healthy.

If this downward flow is blocked, the body does not benefit from it.
The flow simply has no path..
This backward or upward movement is what leads to retrograde menstruation, and this is the starting point for conditions like endometriosis.

When we silence the noise, we return to what the Samhitas clearly teach:
Don’t go against nature.
Support the way the body is designed to work.

Small traditions: deep wisdom!

My mom makes rice upma! It is basically sautéed cooked rice in ghee with tadka)- Yummmmm!!! It used to be a staple in my lunch box everyday in school!
