From their first little cry to their first big dream — your heart signs a lifetime contract of protection. 💖

We baby-proof everything… the house, the sharp corners, even the Wi-Fi password 😅 — but what if you could future-proof their health too?

That’s the magic hidden in their umbilical cord 💫 — tiny stem cells with the power to heal, restore, and protect in ways love alone sometimes can’t. By preserving them at birth, you’re giving your baby something beyond cuddles and lullabies — a gift that quietly says, “I’ve got you, always.” 🫶

Because one day, when they’re all grown up and strong, they’ll look back and realize — you didn’t just give them life… you gave them a lifetime of possibilities. 🌈💞

Whether at the age of 45 or 25 - You can ALWAYS be a MOM!

Age is just a number!
I have many patients that come to me hoping that it isn’t too late for them.

One of them was my patient Mary, aged 42yrs.
Of course, with age comes many barriers!
Mary had PCOD AND Hypertension

All this really had her worried about her 1st pregnancy.

Like I said above, AGE IS JUST A NUMBER!!

I explained this to Mary and reassured her that it was going to be great!

We started working on this by making lifestyle changes, diet and exercise.
The result? She conceived in 3rd month naturally!!!

When she came to me with this happy news, her eyes were filled with tears 🥺
And I couldn't control my excitement either!!

She started sailing through her pregnancy, excited to see her baby growth on scan in every visit!

But, uh oh, there came a hurdle..
Gestational diabetes greeted her at 24wks.

There's nothing a little determination can't fix!

So we started with close monitoring, diligent self care in the form of regular exercise, healthy diet plan along with tracking of blood sugar levels and blood pressure and timely antenatal check up
All this yielded an excellent outcome!!

Mary delivered a healthy baby girl at 38wks, breaking all stereotypes of "too old for a healthy baby" 👊🏻

When it comes to pregnancy, there is no "right age"
When you choose to be a parent is YOUR choice. There isn't any magical formula for this!

Trust the process & your gynecologist, she knows what's the best for you ❤️

From worries to wiggles, our little miracle has arrived!🥰

Welcome to the world, Idrees! Your arrival fills our hearts with a sunshine brighter than any shadow. ☀️

This little adventurer's journey began even before the first scan, surprising us with their determination to be here.

Your mom, Reema, first met me when she and her partner were trying to conceive. She was understandably anxious because of her large ovarian cysts (8-9cm), fearing they might prevent pregnancy or lead to miscarriage.

I reassured her that simple cysts generally don't make it harder to get pregnant or cause miscarriage. However, with such large cysts, there was a risk of rupture or torsion during pregnancy, so surgical treatment before conceiving was the safest option.

Before making any decisions, however, she missed her period. A scared mom-to-be quickly turned into an excited one when she heard your heartbeat for the first time! ❤️

Throughout her pregnancy, Reema understandably had some stress about keeping you healthy due to the cysts. But at every appointment, she also shed tears of happiness knowing you were one day closer to arriving.

Slowly, her anxieties turned into pure excitement. Of course, life isn't always smooth sailing, and at 36 weeks, we encountered a challenging bump. Your growth slowed down, and the amniotic fluid levels were reduced, causing some apprehension.

However, with close monitoring and careful care, we made it safely to 38 weeks.

Finally, you arrived! Your tiny hands and feet brought immeasurable happiness and joy to your family.☺️

My little Idrees, your very existence has filled your family's lives with love. Like every baby I've delivered, I wish you nothing but happiness and good health!😍❤️

2023, you were epic!🥰

I delivered babies, conquered challenges, and discovered new depths of my own strength. This year wasn't always easy, but it was ALWAYS memorable.

I'm raising a glass to the incredible people who filled it with laughter, love, and life-changing moments.❤️

Here's to 2024 - bring on the next chapter! ✨
How was your 2023, luv to hear!❤️
