Instead of just adding self-care on top of everything you’re already doing you need to simplify your life and to-do list especially if any of these speak to you.

Just adding more to your life can cause immense stress. Start by :
1. Deleting the tasks you don’t actually enjoy
2. Delegating the tasks you can
3. Asking for support and help
4. Scheduling time to look after yourself
5. Do the inner work to change your belief system- that you give your family / friends / work / goals the best when you take time to care for yourself first.

As a Holistic Health Coach my mission is to empower you with the mindset, tools & strategies to effectively reduce & manage the stress while developing a more optimistic & hopeful outlook on life.

I struggled with overwhelm & a daily sense of dread for years & I often felt like I didn’t know how to help myself. Now, I’m here to help!

I love journaling about my future as though it’s already happening. It’s fun to get lost in everything I’m dreaming of but more than that our brains don’t know the difference between feelings experienced during actual events or feelings we’ve imagined ( think about the last time you got yourself into a state imaging the worst case scenario for something that hadn’t even happened yet - those feelings are very real albeit of our own creation )

When you write about the person you want to be as if you are already that person it helps your brain to believe that of course that’s possible because you’ve already felt it and therefore it just must have happened 😉

❤️Day 3: Circle of Life Check-in. I will help you use my absolute favourite coaching tool to bring more balance to all areas of your life. This has been the my go to for when I’m taking a break and when I’m fully involved in life on socials.

I am passionate about helping you (re) discover what living an authentic life, however you define that, means to you. You get to build a life on your own terms and I promise it gets to be wonderful!

The more we as women take care of ourselves and prioritize our own well-being the better we can show up for everyone and everything else that is important to us.

These were the first steps I took on that path and I am excited to be sharing them with you 💕
