Hi, I’m Rachel - Founder of Beyond Wellness 🤍

Lately, I’ve been reflecting a lot on what wellness really means to me - beyond the practices, the events, or the beautiful spaces.

At its core, it’s about how we care for ourselves and how we show up for one another.

Building Beyond Wellness has taught me that self-care isn’t a destination, it’s a relationship. One that asks us to listen more closely, rest without guilt, and honour our nervous systems in a world that moves fast.

I’m deeply grateful for this community. For the shared breaths, the quiet moments, the laughter, and the trust you bring into every space we create together.

As you move through your own journey, I hope you remember to be kind to yourself, ask for support when you need it, and choose what truly nourishes you.

Our very own Vera hosted her session of “Rhythm to Release”, a guided somatic practice curated to let go of all which no longer serves you.

Thank you to everyone who showed up and to the incredible energy in the space. A reminder of why we do what we do.
