-كمان بيحافظ علي الصحه العامه و بيقلل مخاطر الاصابه بالامراض المزمنه زي (امراض القلب-ارتفاع ضغط الدم-السكر من النوع الثاني و امراض تانيه كتير)
-ده غير انه بيحسن المزاج العام و بيظبط الهرمونات.
