⬇️ Never do these 4 things when you make Kadha:

1. Don’t treat it like a “medicine.”
Kadha isn’t something to force down only when you fall sick.
When it feels like punishment, the body responds with resistance not healing.

2. Don’t boil it aggressively.
Hard boiling kills the point.
Kadha needs gentle heat, patience, and time not a chai-style rolling boil.
