This Is Your Year to Break the Cycle

This is your year to embrace your role as a spiritual cycle-breaker for your family and ancestors.

To say: the pain stops here. The trauma dies with me. The limitation ends now. You’re not just healing yourself. You’re healing generations and your entire bloodline. 🐦‍🔥🕊️

Your ancestors did what they had to do to survive. We honor that. We bow to their resilience. They are the reason you’re here.

But the truth is: You can be the one who breaks the cycle🙏🏽

You don’t have to carry what they couldn’t release. You can honor their journey AND choose freedom for yourself💖

The greatest way to honor them is not to carry their pain, but to transform it❤️‍🔥

Light a candle🕯️ Take deep breaths. Feel your feet on the ground. Then speak these words:

With deep love, I release what is no longer mine to carry. I break the patterns of scarcity, fear, and limitation.
