Part TWO of why you don't seem to lose weight.
Not being patient means expecting to see the number on the scale dropping or feeling not satisfied enough with what you achieved. Weight Loss in a journey and lifestyle changes.. And we dietitians are not magicians that would make you lose weight within few months. Respect your body and enjoy the process.
Finally, my recommendation is to change your mind set and have a reason for going into this journey that would last.
