Your beautiful marble is being ruined right now. Here's what's killing it:

🍋 ACIDIC CLEANERS
Stop using vinegar, lemon juice, or bathroom cleaners! Marble is calcium-based—acids literally DISSOLVE the surface. That dull spot? It's permanent damage called etching, not a stain.
✅ Fix: Use pH-neutral stone cleaners or warm water + mild dish soap
⏰ LETTING SPILLS SIT
Marble is porous = liquids sink in within MINUTES. Wine, coffee, even water stains permanently if you wait. Oil-based spills are the worst.
✅ Fix: Blot (don't scrub!) spills immediately with a soft cloth
🚫 SKIPPING THE SEALER
Unsealed marble = vulnerable marble. Sealer gives you time before spills become stains. High-traffic areas need resealing every 6-12 months.
✅ Quick test: Drop water on marble. Darkens in 4-5 min? Reseal NOW.
