Trauma doesn’t always look dramatic.
Often, it lives quietly in the body—
as recurring emotional reactions, limiting beliefs, people-pleasing, burnout, or the same patterns repeating again and again.
In our 1:1 EFT sessions, we gently work with the nervous system to:
• release stored emotional charge
• process unresolved experiences safely
• interrupt old subconscious patterns
• restore a sense of emotional safety and clarity
This isn’t about reliving the past.
It’s about helping your body and mind learn that it no longer has to stay in survival mode.
Taking time for these sessions is important because healing requires presence, attunement, and personal space—not quick fixes. When the work is one-to-one, we go at your pace, honouring your capacity and readiness.
