Lately, I’ve been so intrigued by this aspect of the brain — and honestly, it’s exciting to learn that we are never stuck.
We’re always changing, always adapting, always capable of becoming someone new.
This is where EFT , the modality I use in my sessions , helps so much.
Tapping calms the nervous system and makes the brain feel safe enough to create new pathways.
When the body feels safe, it becomes easier to release old emotional imprints and rewrite the story.
