🌙 How to wear crystals 🌙
This is one of the most common questions I get, ‘how do I wear the bracelet, should I wear it on my left wrist or on my right?’
How you wear crystals is ultimately down to you and how you feel most comfortable working with the crystal energy, but the general rule is you wear crystals on the left wrist to draw the energy in and on the right wrist to project the energy outwards 🌙
Some schools of though also say that protective crystals (like tourmaline or malachite for example) should only be worn on the right wrist but I disagree, I think it’s down to how the individual feel comfortable.
Personally I wear most of my crystals on my left wrist, which wrist do you wear yours on? ⬇️
