I came across an interview for IBN and CNN, in 2015

Here 3 questions of them & my answers. I'd would answer now a little differently, but the core remains the same...

1. If you had to define fitness in one, two lines, what would it be?

Fitness is generally understood as a physical and mental wellbeing. Fitness expresses the ability to be efficient in everyday life and likely to withstand loads.

2. How important is it to maintain a balance between diet regime and workout sessions? Also, give us some insight into your exclusive ‘JaWa diet’?

It is important that you move and workout, without exhausting yourself. It creates endorphins- the happiness hormones,
Boost your immune system, makes you strong and self-confident.
It is, like always, up to the right doses. 2,3 times a week of moderate training is appropriate as a normal person. The diet is a every day affair, actually every 3 times a day – affair. It needs a proper organization and ex*****on. Food is worth it to be enjoyed – at any time. And one has to understand the right measurements as well as the type of food one needs. That leads us to JaWa.
The JaWa Diet is a style of diet management. It teaches a healthy way to eat and helps to understand what our body really needs. If somebody wants to make true changes in their eating style, also want to feel just great - needs to undergo a specific program. JaWa leads within 3 month to a very good understanding for the own body as well as the mind. And once one undergone that process – it will benefit a lifetime.

3. As winters approach, the usual lifestyle tends to become lousy. Tell us some thoughts to avoid laziness and stay fit this winter season.

Get together with friends and move together. Go instead of fancy brunches to some activities like rock climbing, adventure parks or go for walks. Take out your dogs for longer and celebrate life while being active. Commit yourself to feel and use your body.
Do things yourself and become more responsible for some things. Like taking your dog, going for shopping yourself,… You’ll see it is fun when you focus on it. And it is beautiful not to sweat like crazy while being outside.
