Building 4kg of muscle mass is good for:
- longevity
- easier to day to day tasks
- improve all health markers
- give you more confidence

The list goes on…

What it’s not good for, is turning your body into a calorie burning furnace, at rest, whilst you sit on the couch.

Yes you should be trying your hardest to pack on the muscle and get stronger.

But don’t think you won’t have to be mindful of your nutrition once you’ve got it.

Building muscle will probably be one of the best things you can do for yourself. Just do it for the right reason.

The goal is to make sure I’m working towards where I want to be.

Yes I have short term goals to tick off along the way, but they all work in line with the bigger picture

Amazing work from Emma.

She didn’t have it easy. Far from it, including trips in and out of hospital with the little one.

We controlled what needed to be controlled at different times, accountability to stick to the plan and some clear direction.

That is what the vast majority of you need.

You don’t need to find the secret approach that works for you because your body is different to everyone else’s.

You need to take action and just start.

Is it going to be hard? There will be spells of it where it is tough yes. If it wasn’t, then we wouldn’t have a massive chunk of the population as overweight/obese.

But it’s nowhere near as hard as you want it to be. You just have to take the leap.

You can do that tomorrow when spaces go live on my story.

We kick off January 9th.

In 8 weeks you could be in a completely different place.

8 weeks šŸ”„šŸŖ“

Before the challenge, Megan set me a challenge of my own, to get her to see her top 2 abs.

Smashed out of the park.

This was purely through nutrition guidance, discipline of the highest level and being consistent through the elements of hardship throughout the 8 weeks.

Megan carried on doing CrossFit throughout as opposed to the training I set, and that’s fine. It’s all taken into account when setting your targets.

Unreal transformation šŸŽÆ

I’m not saying you should expect the same results, everyone’s starting position is different. But with the right strategy in place, you can achieve a lot more than you think in a short space of time.

The doors open soon for the next intake of shed & sculpt, make the most of January’s motivation to change 🫔
