Building 4kg of muscle mass is good for:
- longevity
- easier to day to day tasks
- improve all health markers
- give you more confidence
The list goes onā¦
What itās not good for, is turning your body into a calorie burning furnace, at rest, whilst you sit on the couch.
Yes you should be trying your hardest to pack on the muscle and get stronger.
But donāt think you wonāt have to be mindful of your nutrition once youāve got it.
Building muscle will probably be one of the best things you can do for yourself. Just do it for the right reason.
