Healthy tomato soup🍅

💥💥💥

Ingredients:
4 large tomatoes
1 medium sized onion
1 large carrot
1 large zucchini
Bunch of herbs (celery & basil 🌿)
2 tablespoons flour
Skimmed milk & water
Salt & pepper
Preparation:
With a knife make an X at the bottom of the tomatoes without fully slicing them
Slice up the veggies and the herbs and put all of the above in a cooking pan with a small cup of water
Cover the pan until the veggies are cooked and then transfer them into a blender to get a smooth paste
Return the soup to the pan, add 2 tablespoons of white flour and 1/2-1 cup of skimmed milk and finally some salt&pepper and enjoy 😊😋

Not getting enough sleep can cause all kinds of physiological problems. Did you know that it can also negatively impact your ability to lose fat? 🤭

Lack of sleep has an impact on your brain and hormones. Increased ghrelin and decreased leptin makes you more hungry and not as able to recognize when you are full. This paired with increased cortisol levels and a dulling effect of your frontal cortex leads to poor decision making - including decisions on what to eat and whether or not to exercise

All of these things together make fat loss significantly more difficult - and it’s hard enough already!!! 😒

Make sure you get your 7-9 hours of sleep. You’ll be happy you did 🤗

INGREDIENTS
4 cups rolled oats
½ cup flaxseeds
⅓ cup coconut oil melted
⅓ cup honey
5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup chopped dark chocolate
