To mark Deaf Awareness Month, we were proud to deliver a Deaf Awareness Workshop at
Frontline staff didn’t just learn the basics of sign language, they explored Deaf culture, practiced real-life scenarios, and built the confidence to create truly inclusive guest experiences.
Because these workshops aren’t only about skills; they’re about shifting mindsets toward accessibility, empathy, and genuine connection.
