سلطة مدينة دبي الطبية تعلن عن خطة تطويرية بقيمة 1.3 مليار درهم لإضافة مشاريع جديدة إلى مدينة دبي الطبية المرحلة الأولى، بمنطقة عود ميثاء بدبي، بما يعزز مكانة الإمارة وجهةً رائدةً للرعاية الصحية، ويؤكد جاذبيتها للاستثمارات العالمية في هذا القطاع الحيوي، حيث تبدأ الخطة بإنشاء مبنى مكتبي حاصل على التصنيف البلاتيني- الريادة في الطاقة والتصميم البيئي (LEED)، إلى جانب مجمّع طبي وبنية تحتية داعمة. ومن المقرر البدء في تنفيذ العمليات الإنشائية في ديسمبر 2025، على أن يتم تسليمها في نوفمبر 2027.

Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCA) announces an AED1.3 billion development plan for DHCC Phase 1, reinforcing its position as an attractive destination for global healthcare investment. The first stage will see the launch of a LEED platinum-certified office building, a purpose-built medical complex, and supporting infrastructure facilities. Construction will begin in December 2025, with completion scheduled for November 2027.
