Ni**le retraction can occur years after gynecomastia surgery due to internal scar tethering.

In this educational case, I demonstrate correction of recurrent ni**le retraction in a male patient who had previous surgery done elsewhere.
The before and after result shows restoration of natural ni**le projection using a minimally invasive approach.
