3 different options to suit YOUR individual training preference. We create a structured training programme for you to follow with the option to check in with us weekly or monthly, to make sure you are staying on track. We do the programming, we tell you exactly what you should be doing...all you need to do is follow it. You can do this anywhere in the world, at home or when you travel. If you are new to training, want a coach to train you remotely or to ensure you are lifting with the right technique, LIVE online PT sessions are available. 2) Nutrition

Nutrition Plans available, tailored and customised to help YOU reach your goals. Understand more about your body, your Basal Metabolic Rate and how many Calories your body needs in relation to Weight Loss or Weight Gain. Find the foods that work for your lifestyle by understanding the different types of Macronutrients and how to utilise this on a daily basis using portion control and a balanced diet. Plans can be 4 week, 8 week or 12 weeks.

3) Health & Fitness

Training Programme available, specific to YOU and what YOU want to achieve. Follow a structured training programme to enhance your performance and physique. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, get back into exercise postpartum or have a sport specific focus, you need to exercise with a purpose. By following a programme you are much more likely to achieve results and see a change. Training programmes can be 4 week, 8 week or 12 weeks.

Being part of a team or a community in a fitness setting builds discipline, team work & accountability 📊

You’re not going to win all the time.

You’re not going to perform each week.

You’re not gonna always like how it goes.

But you get mentally & physically stronger.

You build resilience & experience.

You learn & grow.

Above is my journey. I know a lot of others who say sport has played a big part of who they are today. I’d love my son to get involved in a sport when he is old enough as it has done a lot for me which I am grateful for.

Another Dubai Run done ☑️

This was a short one, 5k with & Leo 🙌🏼 There wasn’t much running, mainly walking & weaving around the 307,000 people that took part

Imagine if you couldn’t post anymore, would that impact your training routine?

Would you still train or attend your fitness class?

If you’re reading this, I’m hoping the answer is no.

If you’re my client, the answer should definitely be no.

You shouldn’t be exercising for them ❌

You should be exercising for you ☑️

Stop comparing to others…if you want to compare yourself, compare to you 5 years ago.

And if you want to compete, compete against your future self. Challenge yourself in 5 years time to be fitter or stronger than you are now.

1.5g of Protein per day should be the minimum for someone who exercises & wants to develop lean muscle mass 🧬

Spot the vocal mistake, you can tell I haven’t been getting much sleep lately 🤣 if you weigh 60kg, you need to be eating 90g of protein each day.

If you weigh 80kg, you need to be eating 120g of protein each day.

The only two metrics I keep tabs on:
1️⃣ Muscle mass
2️⃣ Body Fat

Recently at I did a body analysis test on the newest & latest machines in the industry.

First up, the analysis.
W = 89.9kg
SMM = 48kg
BFM = 6.1kg (6.8%)
Shown in second image

Second, .global analysis:
W = 89.8kg
SMM= 44.4kg
BFM = 10.6kg (11.8%)
Shown in third image.

Both tests were done on the same day, less than 30 mins apart. Which is correct? 🤷🏼‍♂️

Both give different readings. Would you be upset with reading two, as it shows higher body fat mass?

These are guesstimates. Not entirely accurate but good to test for an idea.

The forth image shows a posture analysis done on the same .global machine. I think we’ll all get a forward head tilt in a few years given how much technology plays a part in our day to day!

We’re nearly half way through the 30 days of the 🗓️

I’ve said before but I think it’s a great initiative. Fitness villages popped up across the city, free events & fitness classes to take part in plus the opportunity to run / ride down Sheikh Zayed Road.

Are you really busy at work that you often skip meals? 💻

I’ve worked with many clients like this. They “think” is helps with their weight loss, as they are not eating as much so therefore will lose weight.

But you are messing with your metabolism. I would argue, eating more frequently has a better impact on your health & fat loss instead of skipping meals.

👉🏼 You skip lunch
👉🏼 You replace it with extra caffeine
👉🏼 You feel really hungry after work
👉🏼 You order a takeaway or fast food
👉🏼 You still feel hungry after it
👉🏼 You crave sugar
👉🏼 You think you’ve eaten less but by the end of the day, you’re probably in a surplus.
