The benefits of 🌵Aloe Vera are crazy! It really is an amazing plant🌱! This is why we have so much Aloe Vera growing all around the garden. They grow very well outdoors in the UAE !

Some of the best uses I have found for Aloe Vera are:

1. ACNE (put the gel on 2x a day)

2. DANDRUFF (Mask before washing hair)

3. BURNS (apply directly, speeds healing)

4. DIGESTION (eat)

5. PSORIASIS (rub flesh on skin few time a day)

6. RELENTLESS ITCH (eat and apply, put flesh on
skin and wrap it on for up to an hour)

7. SMALL CUTS (helps healing)

Aloe Vera is extremely bitter to taste. When we eat it at home we usually put a small piece (1 tsp) with the skin taken off into the blender with oranges, this can be consumed daily. You can barely taste it with the fresh orange juice, tastes pretty good!
