Water! planes are dry as hell and dehydration tanks your energy, digestion, and skin... so drink constantly

Moisturizer + berries: altitude destroys your skin barrier, moisturizer protects it while berries give antioxidants to combat the oxidative stress from being closer to radiation up there

Inside the airport, red tinted glasses are a must!! especially if you’re traveling at night or you get easily over stimulated like i do. I swear by these so so so much!!!!

Any natural fabric for clothing. I personally prefer linen. Breathable and light.
