Ok, I’ll tell you one practice that we do inside the Big 4

Super simple… but it ties back to this concept of abundance

Because ABUNDANCE = SAFETY

Think about it…

When there’s a lack of food, lack of time, lack of warmth…
it signals DANGER…

So LACK or SCARCITY = THREAT for the human body

And so inside the the Big 4, in level 1 we practice:

Eating SLOW
Walking SLOW
Talking SLOW

Because there’s enough food
Because there’s enough time

These are micro signals that your nervous system needs to RELAX

I talked about it many times. The pros and the cons
And it’s not the method that I use in my practice

But I am forever grateful for Alisa Vitti who created this method because it was what made me curious about this space
and what ultimately enabled me to help thousands of women with my own method.

Over the years I’ve built my own sequence and practice, a different method than Cycle Syncing

We call it the Big 4 and it is what we work on before anything else
(Hopefully one day will be able to do a clinical study on it as well)

Chewing slowly isn’t just about digestion….

It’s a nervous system thing

‼️When you rush through food, your body thinks you’re in danger
Your parasympathetic nervous system stays offline
Your digestive enzymes don’t activate Y
our stomach acid doesn’t flow properly

But

when you slow down and actually chew, you’re sending a signal to your body: You’re safe.

That pause between bites tells your nervous system:

✅There’s abundance here
✅There’s time
✅We’re not running

But more than that, you’re rewiring your relationship with food
From rushed and anxious to present and safe

Every slow bite is a reminder: I am safe enough to nourish myself
