Often people who want to lose weight look too far ahead and get overwhelmed by their goals. Start where you are, set smaller goals and take one step at a time. ☀️
Implement small changes into your diet every week, e.g. start by adding one extra portion of vegetables per day and having a glass of water with each meal.
If you haven’t exercised in years, start to walk around the block or swim for 15 minutes. 🏃♀️
