If you are looking us up, then we are truly glad to have this opportunity to tell you a little about us. We are located on the second floor of a rather plain building in Oud Metha, Dubai, the nearest landmark being Lamcy Plaza.
We set up our studio 3 years ago and our raison dβetre was to try and roll out a style of Ashtanga Yoga teaching and instruction that is the closest to the original form of this age-old Indian discipline. Our programmes have been crafted to include all 8 branches that together make up Yoga. That is why our signature course is called Asana & Beyond. Because Asana, or the posture (like the one you see above), is just one branch of the science of Yoga and our attempt is to take you beyond the merely physical.
The ultimate goal of Ashtanga Yoga is a vision of equanimity and this can only be achieved step by step, passing through all 8 branches of the discipline.
Our courses are enriched through our study, knowledge and understanding of Ayurveda, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy and Pranic Healing. What we hope to help you achieve is a transformation from the inside-out.
Besides our Beyond courses, we have programmes for the youth, Yoga therapy sessions and possibly the only RYS200 & RYS500 certified Teacherβs Training Course (TTC) in Dubai.
