Mums, let’s celebrate achieving all that we do, each day, everyday, as being a parent is without a doubt, one of the hardest jobs known to mankind. As today marks World Mental Health Day I want to open up the conversation and talk about how challenging being a Mum can sometimes be. Act for life is a new service in Dubai to support mums (and dads) to be the best version of themselves they can be. By teaching new ways of dealing with the stresses and strains of parenthood (and life) you will learn to be more connected to yourself, your children and your family. This is so vitally important not just for your own well-being but for the health and development of your children. For more information contact: www.actforlife.ae
