You donโ€™t need to become more to be worthy.

So many people are exhausted from trying to keep up, prove themselves, or outrun their own humanity.

What we need more of isnโ€™t urgency or pressure, itโ€™s ๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€, ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ, and ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ฝ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป. For others, yes, but especially for ourselves.

Itโ€™s okay to slow down.
Itโ€™s okay to rest.
Itโ€™s okay to feel uncertain and still move forward gently.
