A wonderful morning with Dads and babies at our Dads baby massage session!🧔👶

What did we do?

🌟 We explored massage of the legs and feet using an IAIM approved pure fractionated coconut oil
🌟 We sang songs, and recited poems and rhymes while massaging teeny tiny toes!
🌟 We talked about and demonstrated how the colic routine soothes, relaxes and alleviates digestive discomfort (babies loved this and were calm and relaxed 😎
🌟 We did some fun and gentle movements to some more upbeat songs
🌟 We spoke about the best and the most challenging parts of becoming a father and fatherhood on a daily basis
🌟 We spoke about what an amazing job the Mummies do of course 😉😜

The feedback was that it was a great way to connect with fellow Dads, know you’re not in it alone, and spend special bonding time with baby!

Ensuring fathers are included in all aspects of what I do is so important and their mental and emotional well-being is so important for family life, as much as it is for mothers.

Why are testimonials so important?

They give others an insight into what to expect at a class and they give the facilitator a chance to reflect on the positives and make any adaptations to classes that may be necessary.
