Shake Shack is a descent burger to eat. Not fancy at all , but the good flavor of burger meat is there. Juicy and fresh quality ingredients. You can eat twice the burger. Shack Burger are good to recommend.

Paratha, is a popular layered flat bread of the Indian subcontinent. It has been a traditional favorite at breakfast in my family.

This is an easy recipe of the street style egg paratha or anda paratha recipe. Flaky flatbread that has delicious masala egg filling is a perfect breakfast or anytime snack.


Ingredients-
For masala egg:
2 eggs
½ onion finely chopped
2-3 garlic cloves finely diced
1 green chilli finely diced
1 tsp. cilantro finely chopped
salt to taste
For paratha-
½ cup whole wheat flour
water to form the dough
1 tbsp. oil to make paratha

Chhole is a spicy curry from the Northern region of India. Made from chickpeas, onion, tomatoes, ginger, garlic and Indian spices. it is one of the most delicious curries to try, if you like Indian food.
The amount of protein in chickpeas is good enough, hence it is a great protein supplement for vegetarians too.
Ingredients for chhole Masala-
Coriander Seeds,Cumin Seeds, Anardana, Fenugreek Seeds, Dry, Red Chillies, Cloves, Black peppercorn, Black Cardamom, Cinnamon

Pao bhaji is a fast food dish from India. It contains thick vegetable curry served with a soft bread roll. Curry consists of vegetables like potatoes, onion, chillies, carrots, beans, tomatoes, bell peppers, capsicum, pumpkin aswell
It's originated from Maharashtra
Ingredients-
1-Boil all the veggies separately (small pieces)
2- Mash all veggies together except potato
3- Mix mashed potato and veggies together
The easy steps
*Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan
*Add -Jeera, Garlic, Onion, Capsicum
Tomato(3-4), green chilli
[Fry till they turn golden brow]
*Add salt, kashmiri chilli powder, Coriander power, haldi, Asafoetida(1-pinch)
*Fry for a minute till the masala get well combined
*Add water accordingly
*2 pinch garam masala
and butter at the last
Garnish it with kasuri methi and Green Coriander, lemon juice and serve hot with pao fried in butter.

Palak pakoda– A quick SNACK RECIPE made of spinach, basic spices and gram flour. Pakoda are deep fried tea time snack from Indian cuisine. Gram flour and carom seeds are the main ingredients used to make these crisp fried snacks. These crispy palak pakoda just happened on a weekend when I had some spinach left over and had to finish it up. These are good to serve hot with a cup of MASALA CHAI.

INGREDIENTS (1 CUP = 240ML )
2 ½ cups spinach or palak chopped
1 cup onions sliced
2 to 3 green chilies chopped
½ tsp GINGER GARLIC PASTE
Handful mint & coriander leaves
Salt as needed
1 tsp ajwain
¼ cup gram flour (2 tbsps more if needed)
½ tsp red chili powder (optional)
½ tsp coriander powder (optional) or 2 pinches of garam masala
Oil for deep frying

Litti is the stuffed whole wheat dough ball and Chokha is a mashed relish that is served with litti. Chokha can be made with roasted eggplant, boiled or roasted potatoes and roasted tomatoes.

Ingredients

For Outer Cover Of Litti
2 cups whole wheat flour or 240 grams whole wheat flour
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ghee or oil
¾ to 1 cup water or add as required
For Litti Stuffing
1 cup sattu (roasted gram flour)
½ teaspoon cumin seeds
½ teaspoon saunf (fennel seeds or aniseeds)
½ teaspoon ajwain (carom seeds or bishops w**d)
½ teaspoon nigella seeds (kalonji or onion seeds)
½ teaspoon red chilli powder
1 to 2 teaspoons chopped green chilies
1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
¼ teaspoon black salt
regular salt as per taste

FOR COOKING RICE:
1 cup basmati rice
1 tsp  oil
½ tsp salt
water for soaking & boiling
FOR FRIED RICE:
2 tbsp oil

FOR PARATHA DOUGH
1 cup whole wheat flour / atta
Fried spinach & fenugreek leaves- add turmeric & green chilies
pinch of carom seeds
salt to taste
1 tsp oil or ghee
water as required for kneading
¼ cup wheat flour for dusting

FOR STUFFING:
•2 tsp oil
•1 tsp ginger- grated
•2 cup cauliflower- grated
•½ tsp turmeric
•½ tsp coriander powder
•½ tsp cumin powder
•½ tsp garam masala powder
•½ tsp dry mango powder
•salt to taste
•2 tsp coriander, finely chopped
•4-5 green chilies finely chopped
