Another proof that most awesome things happen when you least expect them. Small (and big) gifts from Universe that tell us we are always heard, supported and answered.

But besides the manifestation process, i have to say that Mr. Kerem Bursin is a true gentleman; not only very humble but cool and kind, exchanged small talk with all present, even joked with husband.
It felt unreal but it wasn’t 😀 i truly believe he is worth all the hype around him and millions of admirers.

Change is good… new horizons, expansion, growth, development and the discovery of new facets of the personality.
But somehow it’s hard, why?
- leaving the comfort zone
- fear of the unknown
- fear of failure
- unwilling to leave others behind
The list is long and we have spoken about that topic and how to deal with it, in so many earlier posts.
Today I want to add that the “movement“ of change can be challenging, even physically painful because when leaving a space, a person, a situation, it’s like pruning a plant; it is like a physical feeling of cutting off.
At the body cellular level, the change is felt as a void then a new energy wrap that would need getting used to, be it positive or negative.
So CHANGE is great but the MOVEMENT of it is a delicate act that requires courage, perseverance and mostly patience… one small step at a time, if we want it to happen smoothly, easily and most importantly, if we want it to last.

Tomorrow is something I do think of, plan for, look forward to; of course there are challenges, projects, goals and some easily accessible but some not.
Of course I worry but I should not fear. Because fearing something i want to achieve affects my brain in a negative way. How so?
When I think about something i want to do/ achieve, and project feelings towards it, it translates into the brain as a result. The brain cannot tell if i am living the experience itself or thinking about it; it relies on my emotions to imprint it as being successful (when i feel optimistic about it) or a failure ( when i feel fearful and anxious).
So somewhere inside my head this experience is real and its effects are physiologically and emotionally as true as in real life.
So for the brain I failed. And when the true thing is happening my brain experience will repeat the failure. And the opposite is true.
Do yes for planning, focusing, preparing for a future goal to make it happen but with none of the anxiety and the overdrive of fear that is not necessary and might cause the fail 🙏🏻

Time to move on with whatever I want to do in life. It’s my TOP new resolution for 2026.
For years, I have been waiting for « the permission » of someone else or something to allow me to take the next step.
But this state of waiting, whether it’s coming from a place of respect, or fear or simply a habit is a stagnant energy that doesn’t help in any way.
It just wipes away the opportunity at hand but also the ability to develop and grow in a way that is meant for me.
See, sometimes we wait for elders to tell us what to do, or for the partner to feel involved or for the boss to be in a happy mood, or for the friends to find the time… in order to do/ be what feels best at the time.
Not saying to be selfish and egocentric, but to stop waiting for the green light to show in front of me so I can move forward.
Because the green light is inside of me; it’s my gut feeling, it’s my mind’s song and my heart’s desire.
And when I learn that the permission to do or be comes from within, everything works better, easier, smoother and in a timely fashion.
Happy new resolutions for the new year !

It’s about this first step that took me miles ahead over the recent years.
What I call « awakening » or spiritual growth or whichever one might call it - not talking about any religious affiliation or practices- it started with a moment of fear or despair or mistrust to turn into an opportunity to explore without fear, to be vulnerable without shame and to dare to go where dogmas had put walls…
As I said: once you know, you can’t not know; once you’ve seen you cannot unsee.
Like a ray of sun through a slit in the curtain. You might open the curtain and allow the light to flood in, you might want to half open it. Or maybe not at all. But the last option will not make the light go away. Some people needs more time than others to shed their fears, their doubts or their innate programming but eventually the only way is forward.
So with the new year approaching, I embrace my spiritual awakening with joy and trust and hope; and I allow things to change for me without control, without apprehension and without doubt.
Because I know what I know and I also know that I don’t know it all ☺️ and this is perfectly fine.
Happy end to this year and love and awesomeness for the coming one !

Here’s a story for you that I heard on a TV show.
2 creatures that wake up each morning with a first thought “today, have to keep running”.
One is the gazelle that needs to keep running so the lion doesn’t catch it.
The other is the lion that needs to run to be able to catch food for his and his tribe’s survival.
So both are running but for the opposite reasons. And both are right.
We do the same, we run and run to perform, to earn, to socialize, to do chores, to please others, to show up and show off 😜 but eventually all our running is not for SURVIVAL….
So preparing for the New Year’s resolutions, shall we tick off that list all the unnecessary running in order to slow down, breathe and enjoy life, however we chose to live it.

That’s the way in life: each of us is walking the path, growing, learning, evolving. Some days we’re walking in groups, some other we’re moving alone. Encounters feed the heart and the soul and add the salt & pepper to our days.
We might like it, we might not, nevertheless we adapt and learn to live with the others and try to find joy.
But sometimes we forget to learn how to live with the self, and that is the most important company we can ever have. Let’s learn (or remember) how to live with the self and find peace when alone; because eventually this is a most important principle to life: we come alone and we leave alone!
