Physical fitness is a general state of health and well-being or specifically the ability to perform aspects of sports or occupations. Physical fitness is generally achieved through correct nutrition, exercise, hygiene and rest. It is a set of attributes or characteristics that people have or achieve that relates to the ability to perform physical activity. Before the industrial revolution, fitness was the capacity to carry out the day’s activities without undue fatigue. However with automation and changes in lifestyles physical fitness is now considered a measure of the body’s ability to function efficiently and effectively in work and leisure activities, to be healthy, to resist hypokinetic diseases, and to meet emergency situations.[1]


اللياقة البدنية هو الحالة العامة للصحة والرفاه أو على وجه التحديد القدرة على تنفيذ الجوانب الرياضية أو المهن. ويتم تحقيق اللياقة البدنية عموما من خلال التغذية الصحيحة وممارسة الرياضة والنظافة والراحة. وهي عبارة عن مجموعة من الصفات أو الخصائص أن الناس لديهم أو التي تتعلق تحقيق القدرة على أداء النشاط البدني.

قبل الثورة الصناعية، كان للياقة البدنية والقدرة على تنفيذ أنشطة اليوم دون تعب لا مبرر له. ولكن مع الأتمتة والتغيرات في أنماط الحياة اللياقة البدنية يعتبر الآن مقياسا لقدرة الجسم على العمل بكفاءة وفعالية في أنشطة العمل ووقت الفراغ، وتكون صحية، لمقاومة الأمراض ناقص الحراك، وتلبية حالات الطوارئ.

Everyone’s environment is different.
The opportunities they get in life are different.
Their family is different.
Their destiny is different.

So you can’t judge yourself for being “behind” just because someone your age is ahead.
You might actually be the one ahead — based on your life’s circumstances.
You’re ahead… you just don’t feel it yet.

Remember: no one takes over the world the moment they start.
It’s normal for things to be very slow at the beginning —
Until you reach a point where you can’t even count your wins anymore,
and you forget what “normal life” used to be.

Don’t rush the opportunity —
It’ll come around…
But first, you have to step out of the box and prove you truly deserve it.
