This was me.
Postpartum.
16kg heavier.
Diastasis.
Low energy.
No structure.

And I thought it would be easier.
I’d trained before. I “knew what to do.”

But postpartum recovery doesn’t care about your past fitness.

I felt frustrated.
Impatient.
Disconnected from my own body.

And the hardest part?
👉 The progress was SLOW
👉 The results didn’t come quickly
👉 Some days I wanted to give up completely
But I didn’t.

Because I realised something most people avoid:
This takes consistency. And it takes willpower.

❌Not motivation.
❌Not perfect weeks.
❌Not all-or-nothing effort.

Just showing up… again and again… even when it felt like nothing was changing.

Tiny steps. Daily.
That eventually compound into real results.

Juggling a newborn and a toddler
Running on broken sleep
Trying to rebuild her strength but scared of making things worse

She didn’t lack motivation — she lacked clarity, structure, and trust in her body again.

This isn’t just my job… it’s my life’s work.
I started coaching at 17.

Not for the aesthetic. Not for social media. (It didn't exist!!)
But because I genuinely loved helping people move, feel, and perform better.

My love of sport and fascination of the human body and movement grew....I studied sports science and have never stopped!

Since then, I’ve done it all…
Early mornings opening gyms.
Late nights running classes.
Cleaning equipment.
Building clients from scratch.
Teaching in schools.

Studying. Learning. Failing. Growing.
No shortcuts. No quick wins. Just years of experience.

Over time, my passion evolved.
I saw more and more women — especially mums —
feeling stuck in their bodies, low on energy, and unsure where to start.

And I knew they didn’t need more extremes…
They needed the right support.
That’s why I specialise in helping mums
feel strong, confident, and capable again —
without unrealistic routines or all-or-nothing thinking.

She was exhausted, had back pain, and no time… this is what we changed.

When Katie first reached out, she was like so many mums…
Giving everything to her 2 little ones and a full-time job

leaving nothing for herself‼️

Low energy. Ongoing back niggles.
Wanting to feel stronger, more confident… but stuck on where to start.

So we simplified everything.
❌No overwhelm.
❌No 5–6 workouts a week.
❌No extreme dieting.

Just a realistic plan she could actually stick to:
→ 2 x 30-minute workouts a week
→ Built into her life, not against it

Fast forward a couple of months…
✅She’s showing up consistently.
✅She’s stronger.
✅She has more energy.
✅Her body is changing.

I don’t offer this often… read to the end

The past month here in the UAE has felt like a lot.‼️

Online learning.
Working from home while looking after the kids.
Routines completely out the window.
Trying to figure out what’s best… stay, go?

And then a cyclone on top of it all.🙄

It’s no wonder our nerves have been on edge and our minds constantly switched on.

And this is exactly where most mums struggle.

Because when life feels like this…
routine disappears.

But inside my community, it’s been different.
💪The weekly Zoom sessions.
💪The personalised workouts.
💪A set time to show up.
It’s given these mums structure, support, and a sense of routine…

something familiar in a time that hasn’t felt easy.

A space to move their bodies, switch off their minds…
and not do this alone.

I’m so proud of every single one of them.💕

I get it…

After being 16kg overweight, dealing with diastasis and recovering from a C-section, I felt impatient, frustrated, and desperate to feel like me again.

So the instinct? Go all in.

But jumping into intense workouts, skipping rehab, and pushing too hard too soon is exactly how you make things worse—
