You donโ€™t need more timeโ€ฆ you need a method that actually works for mums.

I started working with this amazing mama over 5 years ago, when she wanted to rehab post baby.

Life was busy, a little one, work, life and not a major love of exercise ๐Ÿ˜œ

With 2kg weights and a mat we started.... Twice a week for 30 mins.

My aim is to build workouts and programs that work around mums time, energy, goals, enjoyment.

FF and this mama is now Deadlifting 70kg...
A weight she never expected to be lifting. She is the strongest, motivated and healthiest version of herself she has ever been.

We have worked on nutrition, hydration, goal setting.... Now mobility with strength still ongoing.

I am sooooo proud and sooooo happy when mums realise their potential, when they invest in themselves amd make no excuses when it comes to doing something for their health and longevity.

This mama works out at 6am before work i should add too....

Why do i have zero time for excuses.... Because the mums i work also have zero time for excuses.

Standards are high, energy is high, expectations are high.....

From the inside out โ€” pelvic floor first, breath before barbells, and strength before aesthetics.

After both of my children i competed.

A Crossfit event and a strongman comp.

Both completely different training requirements and mental and physical challenges.

I have always trained and competed..... So PP was tough.... Taking it slow, rebuilding my core and strength and remaining patient wasnt always easy, but i knew for my future health it had to be done and my body needed time to heal and recover.

Postpartum isnโ€™t the end of who we wereโ€ฆ
itโ€™s the beginning of who weโ€™re capable of becoming.
Driven mums donโ€™t settle for survival โ€” we train for strength, resilience, and identity.

I can honestly say ive never felt stronger or been more connected to my body!

Inside the G. O. Method we will be focussing on BALANCE..... This is Nutrition based, sleep, self-care, mental wellbeing and exercise!

Nutrition is a HUGE element when it comes to energy, hormones, mood and body composition.

Finding the RIGHT balance that works for you is key!

Sugar cravings tend to mean the body is missing something...

Steps i take inside the program are

โœ…Check mum is eating enough! The body will crave fuel if calories and nutrients are not met.

โœ…Monitor water intake - Dehydration can sometimes be confused with hungar.

โœ…Is protein being met daily, protein helps balance blood sugar, hormones and keep us fuller for longer.

โœ…How do mums start the day? With carbs or protein, starting with simple carbs (cereals) can lead to hungar/sugar crashes throughout the day.

โœ…Sleep.... Is nutition supporting the hours/quality of sleep and vice versa.

Just a few tweaks and questions i like to start with.

Every mamas needs are different and inside the G. O Method we will be personalising the support and working with a Nutritionist to run weekly support sessions.
