You donโt need more timeโฆ you need a method that actually works for mums.
I started working with this amazing mama over 5 years ago, when she wanted to rehab post baby.
Life was busy, a little one, work, life and not a major love of exercise ๐
With 2kg weights and a mat we started.... Twice a week for 30 mins.
My aim is to build workouts and programs that work around mums time, energy, goals, enjoyment.
FF and this mama is now Deadlifting 70kg...
A weight she never expected to be lifting. She is the strongest, motivated and healthiest version of herself she has ever been.
We have worked on nutrition, hydration, goal setting.... Now mobility with strength still ongoing.
I am sooooo proud and sooooo happy when mums realise their potential, when they invest in themselves amd make no excuses when it comes to doing something for their health and longevity.
This mama works out at 6am before work i should add too....
Why do i have zero time for excuses.... Because the mums i work also have zero time for excuses.
Standards are high, energy is high, expectations are high.....
