Motherhood didn’t make you inconsistent.
It just exposed that your training had no structure.

For years I trained the way many women do.

😞More sessions.
😞More cardio.
😞More intensity.

It worked when life was simpler.
But motherhood changes three things most programs ignore:

• Your time
• Your recovery capacity
• Your stress load

So the approach has to change too‼️

These days my training is built around structure, not motivation.

Minimum standards.

I feel like I've lived several lives over 🤣

Everything I've done, every competition, every training session, every career decision makes me the coach I am today.

I understand, I have empathy but I also know it's hard work and if you want results you need to trust the coach you're working with.
