👉 3/4 months Postpartum she started a personalised rehab program. Focussed on gentle deep core, mobility and body weight exercises.
👉Built in the habit to create consistancy.
👉Ate for fuel, healing and energy. No restrictions focus was support breast feeding and fuel for looking after 3 kids.
👉Steadily increased progress and intensity over several months, changing and adapting as we went. Made small tweaks to nutrition.
👉Once sleep increased we introduced a 3rd workout and made some simple changes to nutrition.
👉Once everything was balanced and the body felt safe Nutrition became a big focus and some added cardio was introduced.
The plan has to be specific to you, it has to slowly increase in intensity based on your lifestyle to create a safe environment for your body to build muscle, lose fat and function optimally.
