The thing I removed changed everything.
My whole life I have always trained and competed.... I never expected to gain 30kg or a 3.5 Diastasis and have to heal from a C-section.
I didnt recognise myself.....

I criticised every part of my body, my fluffy arms, cellulite all over my legs, my stomach... The list went on.
I realised that the standard I hold myself to is HIGH! I accept nothing less so when it came to rehab and fat loss it was TOUGH!
I had to learn to be patient, kinder to myself and my body and make a plan.
I always want perfect..... I felt overwhelmed and frustrated.
💕Once i REMOVED the pressure i put on myself it was a game changer!
I needed to take control and accept this was going to be a journey not a quick fix!
💪The mums I work with are all the SAME.
🫵All or nothing, high standards, inpatient, motivated, want to see results!
Once we have a plan and feel in control it helps!
Daily wins moving towards the end goal is key, eventually I saw the compounding affect of my daily wins.
Short rehab workouts, daily breathing, building strength weekly, working on y nutrition and rest to reset hormones.
Then within the year I was deadlifting a 100kg, the muscle was back, fat dropped, weight was down! DR healed!
