I believe in interval training as the most effective form of exercise in addition with eating right and living a healthy lifestyle. I don't believe anyone should starve themselves or deprive themselves of good food. You can live a healthy lifestyle while having fun and enjoying the quality of life. Qualifications

I FEEL IT! DO YOU?
Try my full body workout routine designed for beginners. I love any workout that can be done anywhere.
No equipment necessary. Just water, a towel and your motivation!
Perform each exercise for 1 min and remember to alternate sides. Once you are done, repeat the whole circuit 2-3 times! Remember to push yourself, stay hydrated and have fun!

My Wednesday full body circuit ⭐️ This circuit uses the TRX which is one of my favorites because it forces you to work your core and use your own body weight, battle ropes which is great for high intensity cardio along with the viper another one of my favs!

Try my simple workout! All you need is a bench and you can target your entire body! Repeat each exercise for 1 minute. Rest 20 seconds between each set and once you’re done with the circuit, repeat 2-3 times. You will love this serious sweat session 😅

Try my very simple full body workout with 7 exercises. All you need are light weights and a resistance band (optional). Repeat each exercise for 1 minute. When you get to the end, repeat the entire circuit 4 times. 💪🏻❤️
