Difference between Quinoa & Bulgur
Both are low glycemic index food and good source of protein, vitamins & minerals but bulgur less in calories, and contain more carbs than quinoa. So, quinoa is great alternative for those following low carb and gluten free diet.
Also quinoa can be a keto food if we eat it in small amounts to maintain the state of ketosis.
