Not far
Not fast
Just a slow, grounding walk through the grounds ๐ŸŒฟ

What made me smile was noticing the golf buggies slow down
Drivers checking if I was okay
As if walking after eating must mean somethingโ€™s wrong ๐Ÿค

And thatโ€™s when it landed

For me, movement after food is a habit
I canโ€™t imagine sitting still with a full stomach
For many others, the habit is transport, convenience, stillness

So when someone chooses movement on an empty path
the assumption is discomfort, not health

This is why I often say that living in the top 10%
