Andrea’s training credentials include: Rebirthing & Holotropic Breathwork Facilitator, Transpersonal psychotherapist, a former Hoffman Process teacher, and author of Juicy Life.

She has taught Hawa Breathwork Facilitator Training in NZ to coaches, medical professionals, and therapists who are actively using Hawa breathwork with groups and individual client sessions.
The workshop is non-residential and will be held in Dubai.

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀. 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗲!

We all have times when our inner dialogue is sabotaged by the patterns of the inner critic or judge. The inner critic labels us as small, unlovable, or a failure.

However, the appearance of these thoughts, often a painful inheritance from our childhood story, DOES NOT make them true.

This image is a powerful reminder that we are not defined by painful and limiting thoughts and beliefs. You are so much more powerful than the tricky traits in your mind.

Holotropic Breathwork Journey.

The breath is your portal, and your inner healer is your guide towards wholeness.

Stan coined the word “Holotropic” to describe this breathwork. The word comes from the Greek “holos,” meaning “wholeness,” and “trepein,” meaning “orienting to.” It means “moving toward wholeness,” referring to non-ordinary states of consciousness that have healing potential.

In this profound practice, we learn to trust our inner healing wisdom and let go of our limited stories of who we believe we are.

Holotropic Breathwork is about surrender and is very safe. The deeper, faster breathing pattern may bring on a vivid dreamlike state. Some say it is similar to a psychedelic experience.

IDENTIFY AND EMBRACE THE TRAUMA

Trauma symptoms often occur in environments where the mentioned kinds of circumstances are present.

Healing your trauma starts by noticing the amount of time you may have wasted criticising, judging or avoiding ‘feeling what you feel’.
