علاج الكلف و التصبغات:
١. الصورة الأولى: بعد رحلة صيفية لاسبانية جاءتني المريضة تشتكي بأن الكلف اللي عندها من أصل بدأ يزداد. و قررنا استخدام ليزر لتخفيف التصبغات و محاولة إزالتها.
٢. الصورة الثانية: المريضة في العيادة و تظهر علامات الكلف.
٣. الصورة الثالثة: بعد اسبوعين من علاج لتهيئة البشرة. و العلاج مكون من كريف تفتيح و تقشير البشرة و يقف استخدامه قبل العلاج الأساسي ب٣ ايام. و طبعا استخدام مكثف لواقي الشمس.
٤. الصورة الرابعة: بعد اسبوع من استخدام ليزر التصبغات و تظهر البشر نضرة و صافية و قد خفت التصبغات فيها. و أصبحت المريضة تشتكي بأن بشرتها أصبحت خالين من التان اللي اشتغلت عليه في الصيف. 😅😅😅

الهدف هو الاستمرارية في العلاج للحصول على النتيجة المطلوبة.

Melasma and pigmentation treatment:
1. After a summer trip to Spain, the patient came to me complaining that her melasma had started to increase. Since she has tried peels and other convential therapies, we decided to try laser treatment.
2. On her initial visit to the clinic.
3. Two weeks of treatment to prepare the skin. The treatment consists of a cream to lighten and exfoliate the skin, and its use is stopped 3 days before the main treatment. Of course, LOTS of sunscreen.
4. After a week of using the laser, the skin appears fresh and clear, and the pigmentation has faded.

The patient began to complain that her skin had become free of the tan that she had worked on in the summer. 😂

The goal is continuity of treatment to obtain the desired result.
