I have always had a love/hate relationship with teasers, but itās all in the timing. Once you nail that, the main event and its side kicks become easy and dare I say enjoyable!

Fantastic for omnidirectional movement and a little bit more interesting than swimming preps and bored dogs.
3ļøā£Lunge series
Iām not a massive fan of squats as they just arenāt functional enough for me, so youāll find me over here in a split stance.
